ALT FR76 FIRE RESISTANT DOORS
ALT FR76 door and partition system provides a reliable barrier against the spread of fire. The system ensures safe evacuation of people from premises.
Depending on the configuration, doors and partitions comply with fire resistant classes EIW30, EIW45 and EIW60.
This series of fire-resistant doors is available in a variety of inward and outward opening options, with a wide range of hinges and door locks to fully meet any requirements for locking.
ALT FR76 profiles are used together with other ALUTECH solutions and ensure integral perception of the object.
Highlights
- The symmetrical five-chamber ALT FR76 profile allows to produce door and partition systems that ensure the same fire resistance values for system when being annealed from both sides. Due to the unique engineering solutions, ALT FR76 door and partition system with fire resistance limit up to EIW30 is not equipped with fire protection inserts.
- The applied perimetral wraparound significantly increases air, water tightness and wind load resistance.
- Barrier-free environment. As fire-resistant door systems are installed on the escape routes of emergency exits, where the barrier-free environment is especially important, in addition to the standard leaf connection, automatic fire-resistant thresholds are also used. In FR76 system, the possibility of automatic thresholds installation with fixation in EUROPAZ 15/20 is implemented as a standard solution. Besides, additional equipment has been developed in the form of plastic ledge elements.
- In case of fire-resistant door or window systems application together with standard Alutech aluminium systems, the unity of style is preserved and the integrity of external and internal appearance is ensured.
